To ensure compatibility and optimal performance, your SSD must meet these requirements:

• M.2 NVMe PCIe Gen4 x4 interface

• Read speed of at least 5,500 MB/s

• Heatsink included (or you must install one separately)

• Form factor: 2280 (22mm wide, 80mm long)

• Max size (with heatsink): 25mm (W) x 11.25mm (H) x 110mm (L)

• Power off and unplug the PS5.

• Remove the side panel.

• Unscrew and open the SSD bay.

• Insert the SSD, screw it down, and reassemble.

• Power on the PS5 and format the drive when prompted.
